@baldur Personally I could never get properly into photographing with phones. Just didn't feel right. So the period I had no dedicated camera I just stopped taking pictures.
A dedicated camera just feels right to use and makes me want to take photos in a way phones never did.
@TorbjornLunde Yeah, I was trying not to be hard on camera phones but I had the same experience. The years where I only had my phone were years where I wasn't taking pictures.
