This is my backup account, in case my primary instance (@devlogic) unexpectedly goes away.

April was really rough for me and I'm not sure why. I've been withdrawn, and feeling what I recognize as a mild anhedonia. So it's obviously my depression getting worse, but I can't figure out the trigger. I don't want to switch meds, because I like this one. Finding a new therapist was a pain in the ass last year; I don't want to do it again but my old one retired. I'm sure "get more exercise and find a hobby" would help, but the depression kinda keeps me from wanting to do that.

Like shouting into the void, I declare to the Federation that I'm displeased with this current existence and wish it would change.

I'm sure I'll have more to say soon, but for now I'm hanging out reading the Local timeline and looking for interesting and instance-relevant topics.
