Anyone have any good recommendations for Code Camps in the New Orleans area?

Woot! I just booked my first conference talk at an upcoming Wordcamp! I'm really excited about it, I've been wanting to break into the public speaking scene for a while now.

I've got my White Hat on today; working on a Kali Linux VM and doing some penetration testing. I feel so l337

Hi I'm Client and I want you to add a page to our CMS and give it a title that is way too long because our marketing people needs the whole alphabet squeezed into it.
So, coding question. Which is better:
I want to use Vue.js in a Wordpress project. I'm bringing in data from a plugin via PHP; is it better for performance to use PHP just to bring in the text/images and output that data inside a Vue component via index.php (I know PHP won't work in a .js file) or should I just use PHP for the whole thing?
My best inclination is that if I have Vue do it, it's less strain on the server but I'm looking for input.
Facebook is poison.
Yesterday, Vue.js - today, Laravel.
... Why, I DO have hundreds of unfinished projects. Why do you ask?
Facebook's Open Graph and Twitter's Twitter Card image compression are both horrible.
Just saying.
Giving Vue.js a whirl.
My job is changing my title at work to "Full Stack Developer". What's everyone's opinion on that title?
I do a little bit of everything naturally, hence the title change but I feel like I specialize more on the front-end than I do anything else.
This was a really interesting article.

Can anyone explain why Twitter's desktop-view isn't really all that responsive? I know that it detects if you're mobile but do they have a reason why they just abandon styling for anything below a mobile width?
I know it probably has something to do with optimization but I'm just curious if anyone has seen a blog post with a more in-depth analysis as to their reasoning.
So for Windows web developers, what do you use to create mock ups? Looking to mix things up a bit.
So, Paramore's new single is really "poppy" but I keep watching the music video. The 80s/90s vibe it's going for really hits home and the more I watch it, the more I like it.
